At Strengthen you can return products within 14 days. Once you have received the products, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the products. If you want to return your items, you can do so with a returns form.

The products must be in the same condition as upon receipt, unworn, with the accompanying tags and in the original packaging. Returns can be made at a DHL point. These costs are at your own expense.

Below are the steps described:
If you don't have a return label yet, you can easily create one online. Check the correct address details with the sender, enter them in My DHL and print your label. No printer? No problem! Show the QR code at the DHL ServicePoint and the DHL servicepoint will print it for you. You pay the normal shipping costs for your return.
Then remove old labels from the package and check whether everything is properly packaged.

Broken products or problems
If a product is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. Even if you have received an incorrect product, please contact us.

Conditions of return
We only accept products in our shipped condition. Won products cannot be returned. We ensure that the returned item is processed within 5 working days. If the returned items are damaged after use, you will not receive a refund. If there are make-up or sweat odors in the clothes, they must be washed by us. The costs are €12.
