At Strengthen you can return products within 14 days. Once you have received the products you have 14 days to return the products. If you want to return your items, you can do so with a return form. It is mandatory to include a return form with your package. If no form is added to the return package, the return cannot be processed.

Return


The products must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, with the accompanying tags and in the original packaging. Returns can be made at a DHL point. These costs are at your own expense.

Below are the steps described:
If you do not have a return label yet, you can easily create one online. Check the correct address details with the sender, fill them in on My DHL and print your label. No printer? No problem! Show the QR code at the DHL ServicePoint, then the DHL service point will print it for you. You pay the normal shipping costs for your return shipment.
Then remove old labels from the package and check that everything is properly packed.

Broken products or problems
If a product is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. Also, if you have received the wrong product, please contact us.

Returns conditions
We only accept products in our sent condition. Won products cannot be returned. We ensure that the return item is processed within 5 working days. If the returned items are damaged after use, you will not receive a refund. If there is make-up or sweat odors in the clothes, they must be washed by us. The costs for this are €12,-.
